What you can do depends on the permissions your owner grants. Locked tabs are marked.

Your tabs

  • Schedule. The monthly training plan for your classes, by month. View only.
  • Attendance. Mark present, late, absent, or excused for your class rosters.
  • Grade. Record pass or fail and the new skill level for students invited to a assessment.
  • Payments. See payments for your students, and confirm them if you have that permission.
  • Announce. Post announcements to families at a location you teach at.
  • Messages. Chat with the owner and with parents of your students.

Post a location announcement

  1. Open the Announce tab.
  2. Pick the location, then who should see it (everyone, parents, or students).
  3. Write a title and message, then publish. Only families tied to that location see it.

Message a parent

  1. Open Messages.
  2. Choose New message and select the owner or a parent of one of your students.
  3. Type and send. Replies appear in the same thread.
