Refunds & cancellation

This policy covers TutorRoom subscription fees paid to Package HQ Limited.

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel anytime from Owner, then Billing & plan (or by contacting us).
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to the free Starter plan.
• Your data isn't deleted when you downgrade; you simply lose the paid features.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: we don't generally refund the current month, but you won't be charged again after you cancel.
• Annual plans: contact us within 14 days of payment if you'd like to discuss a refund.
• If we get something wrong on our side, we'll always put it right.

Free trial

The 14-day Growth trial needs no card. If you don't upgrade, your academy simply continues on the free Starter plan when the trial ends.

Tuition paid to academies

Fees families pay to an academy by card are between the family and that academy. Refunds for tuition are handled by the academy, not by Package HQ Limited.
